QUAD nations to assist each other in taking action against malicious cyber activities States were urged to take reasonable measures to address ransomware operations coming from within their borders in a joint statement released after a meeting between US Secretary of State Tony Blinken, Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong, Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, and Japanese Foreign Minister Hayashi Yoshimasa.
