Oil treads water as US crude inventories fall, but trade tensions weigh US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were at $67.78 per barrel at 0448 GMT, up just 1 cent from their last settlement. International Brent crude futures dipped 8 cents to $76.42 a barrel.
