Banking as a sector is something that it has a very high elasticity price as it were and the first move tries to drive people back into that sector. I would only caution that that sector is not yet out of the woods globally and, therefore, there is likely to be an increased regulation, which will impact overall earnings profile of banking sector. While there is nothing on the horizon just yet, I would just say that one should keep that at the back of the mind in terms of taking an overweight position on that sector.
